We want you to be happy with our products, so in the rare event that you are unsatisfied with your order, you have the choice of having the goods re-produced or receiving a refund or credit.

For an item to be re-produced, refunded or credited, please contact Solid Crystals customer service within 7 days of receiving the goods to organise a return. We will carry out investigations on a case by case basis and make a decision on a refund amount where just.

Unfortunately return postage cannot be refunded unless the return is due to a fault in the manufacturing process or the original goods were damaged in transit.

If you are unhappy with your crystal due to a change of mind – send us the crystal back. We will refund your order less a 50% customization, admin and workmanship fee. Please, note that we are unable to restock and use the crystal and therefore the retained 50% will go towards part of the cost of raw material , manufacturing and delivery.
